At 108 Springboard, we draw inspiration from Mahatma Gandhiji’s remarkable life. Mahatma Gandhi’s life is a powerful example of how determination and effort can transform an individual and impact the world. Born in rural Porbandar, Gujarat, Gandhi’s journey began as a small-town boy with a dream of becoming a barrister. At the age of 18, he made the bold decision to travel to London, despite financial struggles and cultural challenges. The journey itself took over six months, a daunting task for a young man with no resources. But Gandhi’s unwavering commitment to his education paid off when he became a barrister in 1891. After returning to India, Gandhi’s life took a profound turn as he began fighting for justice and equality, first in South Africa and then in India.
His story reminds us that we need to continue taking efforts in right direction despite all the odds.
This is the greatest leadership quality and a source of inspiration for our courses at 108 Springboard.
