Our founder Mr. Sumit Chuttar learned yoga at B.K.S. Iyengar academy. Sumit firmly believes that yoga is answer to all the modern health problems.  B.K.S. Iyengar, the founder of Iyengar Yoga, revolutionized the practice by focusing on precision, alignment, and the use of props to make yoga accessible to all, regardless of age or physical ability. His approach emphasized the connection between breath and movement, and how yoga could serve as a tool for healing and therapy. Through his teachings, Iyengar showed how yoga can enhance strength, flexibility, and balance while promoting mental clarity and emotional stability.
